I noticed that even being in campus and studying may bring some anxiety, however there are several things that may ease the stress and make you feel you are at home. To eat my food I take it outside where I could sit on the picnic table and enjoy my lunch and the fresh air. By siting there I get to talk to my friends. I find it very thoughtful to have the tables like that outside the classrooms and outside. Fresh air would tonify your vis and help you to continue your day. I really enjoy having my meal outside and chatting with my friends.
